NIAES has opened an English Home Page (
http://www.naro.affrc.go.jp/archive/niaes/index_e.html) from May, 1995 and has released
relevant information on the institute and a useful WWW image database on agricultural
environments such as the Distribution Maps of Net Primary Productivity (NPP) of
Natural Vegetation and Related Climatic Resources, Ecosystem Database, Probability
Distribution Calculators, Satellite Image Catalogue Database in NIAES, and Lotuses
of Japan.
