 Distributed mainly south from Kanto, the central part of Japan. Causes leaf spot on millet and also isolated from other Panicum grasses, etc. Disperses by scattering conidia. Teleomorph unknown.

Morphology:
 Teleomorph: Unknown
 Anamorph: On dark olive brown conidiophores,  producing conidia straight or slightly curved, dark olive brown, fusiform, slightly tapering to the tip, the end cells sometimes paler, 30-155 x 10-27 um, with 2-10 pseudosepta.
