現在の研究内容

2004年10月から、農業環境中に存在する微生物に関する研究を実施している。特に、難分解性芳香族塩素化合物などの分解能や有用物質生産能を持つ糸状菌の探索と同定を行い、農業への活用について検討している。また、微生物に関する既存調査・標本・試資料などのデータベース化と情報発信のためのインベントリーのフレームへの統合化に関する研究を行っている。
