Two prominent NIAS scientists in the 'World's Most Influential Scientific Minds 2014'

Dr. Hirohiko Hirochika, NIAS President, and Dr. Masahiro Yano, former Director of the Agrogenomics Research Center were awarded the distinction of “Highly Cited Researchers” for 2014 by the Thomson Reuters Corporation, the world’s leading provider of intelligent information for businesses and professionals. The award is given to researchers who have written the most number of highly cited papers in one of 21 categories of scientific research.
