OF ABSTRACT (Abstract form for speakers and posters) 1.
Practice typing the abstract in a rectangular
15 cm x 23 cm on plain A4 paper. 2.
The abstracts are photographed at the same
size for publication. To keep your abstract from becoming illegible, do not
use type size that is less than 12 characters per inch. Recommended font is
12 pt Times, Roman or Times New Roman. 3.
Your abstract should formatted as follows: a.
Abstract title should be capital letter and
boldface type. b.
Author list, institutions and address should
be next and followed by one space/line break. c.
The names and addresses of all authors, will
the presenting author underlined. d.
The institution where the work was carried
out, including a full postal address. PREPARATION OF POSTERS Poster session will be
held on both 4 and 5 March at room 202(2F). Anyone planning to present
posters is asked to fill-up the column for poster presentation in the
registration form. An printed abstract should be sent to COE Symposium
Secretariat with the Registration form. Please note that posters are to be
mounted on Mar.4, FORMAT : Poster boards will
be 100cm WIDE and 210cm HIGH. Only pins provided by the Organizers are available.
Tapes and staples cannot be used on these boards.
