By measuring PM2.5 using a particle counter with Atmospheric Environmental Regional Observation System (AEROS) of Ministry of the Environment of Japan simultaneously, an evaluating model was deduced for estimating atmospheric particulate matter(PM). Some characteristics of dust event (Kosa) in Tsukuba, Fukuoka and Naha, sandstorm at Tsukuba and PM2.5 at Tsukuba in winter and PM at Nikkou in summer were introduced. The final objective of this study is to understand local source and long distance transported source for detecting agricultural chemicals in PM. |

要旨 | ||
This study presents accuracy evaluation and correction of a 30-year downscaled daily maximum (Tx), minimum (Tn) and mean (Tm) air temperature, specific humidity (Q), wind speed (U), station pressure (P) and solar radiation (S) by using Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) with a 4.5 km horizontal grid spacing and 1 hour temporal resolution over central Honshu Island, Japan. Most of the model grid shows negative bias in Tx, Tn, Tm, Q and P compared to observation, whereas model overestimates S. Suitable bias correction is applied for each meteorological variable: Tx, Tn and Tm are corrected by monthly mean bias, barometric formula is employed for reconciling P, Q is corrected by monthly relationship between Q bias and altitude difference, relationship between S of model, observed and top of atmosphere is formulated to model S correction. Then, we applied corrected-model variables to crop phenology model, calculation of potential evaporation and paddy water temperature. |
