1. Presentation Time
Presentations in Session 1: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
Presentations in Session 2: 30 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
*all presentation time includes author(s) introduction by chairperson.
2. Equipment in Session Room
The session room is equipped with
- an LCD projector connected with a Laptop PC provided by the organizing committee
- an overhead projector
Please note that speakers CANNOT use their own PC.
If you are using a LCD projector, please prepare your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint or compatible and leave an electric file on a floppy disk, a CD-ROM, or a USB flash memory at the registration desk when you make registration. The organizing committee guarantees to prevent any tampering or unauthorized use of the presentation graphics or data by others.
It is strongly recommended that speakers bring overhead transparencies even they plan to use LCD projector.
